In the US, that's 7th grade out of 13 years of primary school (before college).

I followed the link to your blog and see that you are from Scotland. Hubby and I were in Glasgow once as part of a motor trip through Scotland, many years before children. Lovely country--we have many happy memories from that trip.Lisa Cohenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07530826748768737972noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14430566.post-1149346138407312952006-06-03T10:48:00.000-04:002006-06-03T10:48:00.000-04:00I am writing a blog about our recent experinences....I am writing a blog about our recent experinences. we are in the UK so I don't know what your grades are. my son is 9 and experienced exactly what you describe in this blog entry. On top of all that the school excluded him.

we are home educating at the moment but we decided not to send him back to be bullied by peers and teachers.

I look forward to the day we have a chance to look back at this awful period together.Louhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05469050165201599924noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14430566.post-1146680377670820702006-05-03T14:19:00.000-04:002006-05-03T14:19:00.000-04:00Poor P.! PTSD sucks).

He's fortunate to have family that understands, instead of saying he brought it on himself. I still say SHAME on the teachers who ignore bullying, no matter how subtle. But P. has friends NOW and that's probably more important.

Good for him for surviving it. Not an easy world.Neurodivergent Khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02815685510033244185noreply@blogger.com
